Understanding Patient Needs
Shingle Creek Medical Group prioritizes patient-centered care by understanding individual needs, offering in-house treatments, and providing same-day solutions for faster recovery.
At Shingle Creek Medical Group, we believe that taking the time to truly understand what the patient is experiencing is not only the most important part of treatment, but it is an aspect of such that spawns the trust and open communication that is oftentimes pivotal in ensuring a patient’s full and complete recovery from their injuries.
Being as such, whenever a patient comes in for their first visit–whether they were sent over by a referring physician or they became aware of our services through other means–our providers take ample time to sit down with them and understand their concerns, needs, hopes, and circumstances with their injuries, no matter how long this takes.

Treatment Options and In-House Solutions
After that, our providers will advise the patient on potential courses of action that can be taken to lessen the effects of their injuries and suffering, and many of these solutions are offered in-house at Shingle Creek Medical Group.
At this time in the process, if the patient was referred over for a, “Consult and Treat,” our provider and the patient will go over these available options, and then decide together which is the preferred course of action, and then the treatment can be provided to the patient, right then and there, thereby immediately supplementing the recovery they are also receiving under the care of their primary providers.
Provide Relief And Care
In our experience, many patients enjoy the timeliness and efficiency of this course of treatment, as we’ve found that, when a patient is in pain, they rarely want to delay receiving their treatment until a future visit, and instead prefer to receive care on the same day.
In short, our main goal at Shingle Creek Medical Group is to expedite patient healing, and provide further relief and care to your patients, while making them feel just as home here as they do at your care facility.
